Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone will be sidelined for Game 4 of the second-round Stanley Cup playoff series against the Anaheim Ducks due to a lower-body injury. The game, which sees Vegas leading the series 2-1, is scheduled for Monday night.

Stone suffered the injury during the third game of the series, a 6-2 victory for Vegas on Friday. He did not take the ice after the first period. In his place, Brandon Saad will make his postseason debut for the Knights in the current 2026 playoff run.

Through nine playoff games this spring, Stone has recorded seven points (three goals, four assists). During the regular season, the 33-year-old forward tallied 73 points (28 goals, 45 assists) over 60 games. Stone previously dealt with health issues this season, missing 16 consecutive games in the fall due to a wrist injury.
